A quality 400w should be sufficient for that CPU+GPU with overclocking. You have plenty of good options. On the cheaper end would be something like an Antec Neo Eco 450c, an XFX Core 450w, Enermax NAXN 450w. Going for a 750w PSU as the above poster recommends is pointless unless you plan to run dual 670s later or something like that. If you do plan to do so, then the above recommendation would be decent.

Of the options currently in stock on those two websites, I'd go with:
http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=33_442&item_id=037552

It should provide quality power & all the basics you need, though you'll need to use a molex -> pci-e adapter for the second connection on your video card (one should come with your 670 for exactly this reason). The only real downside is that it doesn't have the quietest fan. If super-quiet computing is important to you, than you can pay significantly more for a Seasonic x-series PSU or something like that.

May I suggest a Ultra Lifetime Series a few friends I recommended them to use them, they have lifetime warranty, they all replaced faulty power supplies.

The 550 Watt is 49.99

750 Watt 64.99

Compusa sells them and always has them in stock, bout the only retail place that sells decent psu's anymore.

Rosewill Capstone (80Plus Gold) and FORTRESS (80Plus platinum). Capstone is a rebranded Superflower unit. I don't think FORTRESS is a Superflower unit but also from another company that makes great power supplies. Some of SeaSonics PSUs can be as inexpensive as some of the Capstone and FORTRESS ones (usually during sales or after mail-in-rebate). They perform great too.
