my motherboard is GIGABYTE X79-UD5 and my ram is CORSAIR CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9, and when i run cpu-z, it detected dual channel, but those are quad channel motherboard and memory isn't?

It'd probably be helpful to attach a screenshot of CPU-Z.

And yeah, x79 should support quad-channel RAM. Have you tried any BIOS settings?

Okay so i googled your motherboard and came up with this:

From what I can tell, you don't want to use XMP profile, but rather, set up the RAM timings and voltage in your system's BIOS manually.
