New GPU advice needed

Thread Starter
Currently I have a 9600gso. I only plan to use the HDMI port on it for listening to music or watching movies. What do you guys recommend for either something very similar or a slight upgrade? Thanks

do you have a budget in mind. given your E5300 CPU a HD 6670 for 60 bucks or HD 7750 for 100 bucks.

50 - 75 range should be plenty for just what i'm doing. I looked at the GT 630. Would this be sufficient?

Does it have to be new and DirectX 11?

If not then consider a used GTX 260 or something similar on eBay, they go for about $70 and they will greatly outperform a 9600gso.

Low profile biggrin.gif?
If not really thats the best GPU in that price range. After that comes the 7750 and anything after the 7750 is worthless if not gaming/rendering/graphics-ing.
