No, not at that speed and voltage. You only really need to play with it when you start pushing higher overclocks, and generally speaking, lower is better.

Changing the value for LLC changes the load voltage (slightly), so normally a higher setting LLC leads to a higher Vcore and so a higher temp. But at that voltage and speed I doubt you'd see any difference. You can give it a try and see what the lower LLC does for you in the voltage and temp area - just retest the stability once you make the change.
