If you can, try returning it for a different S3. Not all phones are made 100% well or the same.

Benchmark scores are nothing.

The SGS3 is still the smoothest smartphone on the market. The UI is so optimized and has no bugs.

Benchmark scores tell nothing about real life performance.

when ny phone studders and lags a ****load in games im pretty shure something is up.

Try removing programs with task manager.

If that doesn't work, you got a faulty phone and in that case, you should ask for a replacement.
