VRM cooling is key. If you don't have any, you may run into some reliability issues.

but I dont overclock now its 3.3 ghz. stock settings. what will be the reason? ahould I use aftermarket cooler ? also I lowered the cpu fan rpm in speedfan to % 40 which is 1700 rpm from 3000 rpm which is loud for my ears. will this be the problem of heat ? What should I do ? buy a good cooler? will this solve the problem ?

you are getting 90c temperature in the bios HW reading?
if its from a program in windows, the program could be showing wrong readings.
If its the bios temperature reading, you didnt place the thermal paste and heatsink correctly.

Just to make sure, turn on your computer and touch the cpu heatsink with your fingers, if it gets hot very quickly, you made a mistake in the mounting.
Also remember to set in the bios, auto-shutdown when temperature exceeds 70c.

I put it back to 3000 and its 40-50 C when idle. so lowered to half. but too much noise for me is it necesary to use 3000 rpm with stock fans? everybody do the same with stock fans?. So if I get a aftermarket cooler it will be better I guess for noise reduction. I shouldnt lower the rpm of stock cooler I guess. Also I am good at overclocking , not a noob :=) I will check bios. also speedfan show 10 C more then coretemp. why ?

after I get an aftermarket cooler tomorrow I will do prime 95 test. whay cooler should I buy I will but a arctic cooler freezer pro 13 . I wont invest too much money. this has a good price what will you suggest also ?

EDİT: I played a mafia 2 game and the temps are 50 C in games which is good I think. I wasn't starting my exhaust fan before and starting it makes difference. Also putting the cpu fan to auto makes difference too. now will I overclock more? I mean to at least 4.2 ghz ?
