Haswell-EX to support DDR4?

Thread Starter
There are articles on the web about Haswell's enterprise edition which will support DDR4 RAM.

1. Does anyone know how true this information is or is it just speculation?

2. Enterprise edition, is it something like the entreme edition processors?

3. Any release date for the Haswell-EX?

The Enterprise cpu will support DDR4.

Haswell-EX are geared towards large data servers. Not something you would want to game use especially since the price will be multiple thousands of dollars just for the CPU its self not to mention the price of the ram being fresh out of the fab.

Second quarter of 2013 is expected release date.

Most of the information if not all is accurate right here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haswell_%28microarchitecture%29
