So by buying a good brand of jeans, I've actually saved money, looked better and been more comfortable. I'm such an idiot.
Actually in terms of positional audio, they have a point. And their acoustimas subwoofer is nothing to be scoffed at.
Hm, I've never seen them mentioned as sounding good anywhere but the website. All other marketing for them is based solely on looks. Admittedly in terms of a frequency response graph they're bad, but when you take all factors into consideration, they're actually above average. AKG K451's define average for that price range.

Tell that to my $15 Wranglers I've had since highschool that haven't frayed, haven't gone scratchy, haven't gotten ridiculously faded. and were bought 12 years ago... 4 pairs of them still great, and survived service in the Navy.

As for Bose, their 3-2-1 is just like everything else we're talking about, overpriced mediocrity, you can buy better, for less. and as for positional audio, you can't get true positional audio from 3 speakers. They can fake it sure, but to say it's on par with a true 5.1 setup? Total BS.

Like I said, it doesn't matter what the product is, if you like it, you like it, you'll get no argument about you liking something, but there's no justification for name-brand pricing OTHER than the name, and I find that idiotic.

IVe listened to the Solo's and the Studios and found that both are very muddy and scratchy. Me and another friend bought the Klipsch Image Ones around they same time. When HHGREGG got them and They are a worlds better that the Solo's, Studios and the Pros for $150 and the Pros are 400 or 500 and they get demoloshed with the beats all you pay for is they looks. They are obviously not durable seeming the Solo's snap so easily and they have cheap like lets just say they speakers only cost oh about $2 a piece over in china so they sound like the crappy Skullcandy Lowriders which only cost about $30 they are not worth the hefty price tag for looks and celeb indorcers

No they don't. More mindless idiotic bashing of products people are not experienced with.
