Hi all,
I'm wondering if someone can help me figure out if these items can cool a gtx670??? I'll be using an antec kuhler pump to push the water and the fan and rad below. Thanks!

Why would you swap a 120 to a dual 40? Anyways, I doubt it since rule of thumb says 120mm per component.

Because the 120 is too big for the application, if one of these tiny little rads won't work what about two?

I would say in theory 2 should be ok. Not going to guarantee anything tho, that would be 160mm worth of rad space so more than stock. Depending on the fans it ought to be plenty. However, you know those fans are only 4.8 CFM right?

A dual 40mm radiator (even two dual 40mm radiators) would have less heat dissipation than a single 120mm radiator, since they would have lower fin surface area (and therefore less cooling).

Edit: To put this in perspective, two dual 40mm radiators would have less than half the fin surface area as a single 120mm radiator of the same thickness and fins per inch.

Not much point in wc if you haven't got enough space. Space for 2x2x40 isn't enough, and you'd be better off with the stock cooling.

Single 120mm Radiator: 120mm x 120mm = 14,400 mm^2
Dual 40mm Radiator: 80mm x 40mm = 3,200 mm^2
2x Dual 40mm Radiator: 80mm x 40mm x2 = 6400 mm^2

Significantly less "rad space" and that's only taking into account a very two-dimensional take on radiators. Add in rad thickness, fin density and limited fan options, and there's no way two of those puny radiators will come close to a single 120mm in performance. I wouldn't be surprised if you needed 6+ to match a single 120mm.

And that makes a good case for double checking things at ~2 am.
