Crucial M4 or Kingston HyperX

I've been looking around and everyone greatly recommends the Crucial M4 over the Kingston HyperX. I was wondering why because when looking at specifications it appears that the HyperX has MUCH faster Read and Write speeds than the M4, but with less reliable reviews than the M4. So which should I get? This is my first SSD.

Crucial M4:
Sustained Sequential Read up to 500MB/s
Sustained Sequential Write up to 175MB/s
4KB Random Read 40,000 IOPS
4KB Random Write 35,000 IOPS

Kingston HyperX:
Max Sequential Read Up to 555 MB/s
Max Sequential Write Up to 510 MB/s
4KB Random Read Up to 85,000 IOPS
4KB Random Write Up to 73,000 IOPS

I heard there return policy sucks though, apparently sending them in an RMA will result in them sending you back a refurbished SSD, maybe this can be solved by placing it under warranty though, which I do with all of my computer hardware.

I've not heard any issues like that, but out of the 3 that's the drive i'd go with.
