First Loop final questions - advice needed TIA

Thread Starter
Currently building my first loop and I have a few last questions before I go and build this. I have bought or about to buy the rest of the items within the week.

1) Do I have to install tubing for the fill port and drain port? What other items would I need to do this based on the parts list below:
2) What should I do before installation? What do I use to wash the parts? Would distilled water be fine?
3) Are there any incompatibilities with the parts? I have checked this in the past but want to ask other more experienced people in case one notices a problem.

Parts on hand:
Asus Maximus Formula V Z77 mobo
i7-3770k
2 x Asus GTX 670 direct CU II (SLI)
4 x 4gb Corsair Dominator GT
2 x 128gb SSD Vertex 4

Swiftech MicroRes Rev2 Reservoir
Swiftech MCP655-B pump (will purchase pump top)
UV Red MasterKleer 1/2 - 3/8 10 ft tubing

With the swiftech res, there is a port on the top and the bottom, so just fill and drain from those. Distilled water for cleaning is a great idea. build looks fine to me.

Your tubing doesn't match the fittings, Both need to be the same size.

Bottom ports are both inlet to pump, Whichever suits your needs.
