Actually no, if that 3570K is running at 80C, it will only be putting out 30C, give or take a few degrees.

The GPU will put out a lot more heat than the CPU. The CPU is maybe generating 100W, but the GPU can easily be putting out 200+. GPUs blow out hot air, while the CPU cooler outflow is normally warm at best.
