Hello, I'm looking to Purchase a new Graphics card. I'm giving the one listed in my build to my Brother. I would like to stay with ATI.

My Budget is $150-300 Max, only if its worth it.

The games i currently own are:

World of Warcraft
Starcraft 2
Diablo 3
Call of Duty: Black ops 2

I'm looking to run these games in High settings with good framerates. I dont need the best graphics card, i'm just looking for the best card that fits my budget and allows me to max these games. Thank you smile.gif

Newegg preffered please thumb.gif

Important question would be: On what resolution do you play?
Also, all these games you mentioned aren't really that GPU depended actually.

Without knowing the resolution, but by looking at your budget. I'd say a 7870 if you want to go the AMD route, perhaps? Or a 7850 if you don't want to spend that much.

Sapphire, MSI, Asus are some solid choices.

7850, $175 after rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202004
7870, $235 after rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102983

What resolution are you using?
Best gaming card for the money right now is the Gigabyte 7950 for 299$.

you wont need a 7950 or 7970. they will be overkill for the games you mentioned, although they will be future proof. If you want to get the bang for your buck gpu i would go with the nvidea gtx650ti/660 or the radeon counterpart. However if your willing to spend the extra money you could get the 7950 for around 300, or spend an extra 50 bucks for the 7970

I'd say: with your budget, go for a 7870 and you wont be disappointed with the games you mentioned.
If you want to be more future proof (future games in mind), then take a look at the 7950. Great bang for the buck but its going be tight on your budget. (~ 300$)

What power-supply are you using?

Decent PSU, could handle a 7950 also. Its up to you really..
Want save some cash and enjoy your current games, go for a 7850/7870. Want to be future proof and push your budget to the max, then go for the 7950. (awesome bang for the buck, i own two myself)

Either way, you wont be disappointed.

Not true at all. Since the OP wants to use it for Black Ops 2, the cards you recommended (650/660) wouldn't be enough for smooth fps:
