Looks like it isn't in that BIOS. Maybe try Spartan's idea of manually setting 100.0 instead of Auto (BCLK/DMI/PEG Clock Control in the Advanced Frequency settings page).

The BCLK/DMI/PEG Clock Control is enabled, and I have it set at 100.00 like it should be and this is still happening. Any ideas?

If it really bothers you, try tweaking the value until you get what you want. So if 100.0 gives you 99.8, try 100.2. It really doesn't matter though, they are normally not a perfect 100.
