Can't get 4.8 Ghz stable on i5 3570k

So I have been following this guide to OCing my CPU more, if scroll down to the bottom you will see the Prime95 tests he has said for how long to run for.
I am currently on 4.7 Ghz and it passes the 5 minute test so I am trying to bump it up one more time, to 4.8 Ghz, but it seems no matter what I try it won't become stable for more than 2 minutes.

At 4.8 Ghz, I turned on "Internal PLL Overvoltage" since the guide says that helps with OCs over 4.7 Ghz. Also when I reach 4.8 Ghz I was getting a BSOD error that ended in "0xD1" and the guide says for Ivy bridge that means either decrease/increase VTT, I decreased it one and that error stopped. However now when priming I will either freeze up or Prime95 itself will crash. Sometimes it will BSOD and have an error that ends in "0x1E" which is apparently "increase vcore" but there is no way that I need more, I mean seriously I was trying 1.31 to get it stable.

Maybe someone could better explain also how I should know and when I should edit the "turbo voltage" :3 thanks.

Edit: Also I should say, I used to run load line calibration at level 3 when I was at 4.2 Ghz I have bumped it up to level 2.

It is highly unlikely that you will get 4.8 out of that chip with only 1.31V. I'd think you'd need something closer to 1.4V for that speed.

More Vcore.
And 5 minutes isn't near enough Prime95 time.
15 minutes @ 1344K and 1792K is a decent way to "quick test" but that's still no guarantee of stability either.

I wouldn't use 5 minutes as a stability test for overall usage, just for mini stability test.

Are you joking? That seems insane, why would I need that much Vcore if 4.7 seems to need so much less for just an extra 100 Mhz.

Scaling is like that. You can use 1.25v for 4.6Ghz and need 1.35v for 4.8Ghz.

I doubt you would pass prime95 for 15 minutes with 1.3 vcore at 4.7 ghz. It usually freezes up for me when I go past a few minutes at a lower vcore as the heat increases. Ill have to see how it is in games though.
