Adjusting vcore on Gigabyte Z77-DSH3?

I got a great deal on this motherboard at Microcenter ($40 off bundled with a K-series processor, i3570k in this case). The BIOS lets you overclock the CPU multiplier, and I'm at 4.4Ghz stable at stock voltage.

I was messing around with the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and was able to get up to 5 Ghz stable-ish at 1.44V and 80 degrees under load, and I was hoping to OC to 4.8 Ghz at 1.301V or 4.7Ghz at 1.25V, both of which run at manageable temps due to my Zalaman CNPS9900ALED fan (which has been great).

However, when I was all ready to enter the settings in my BIOS, it turns out that Gigabyte has turned off the option to adjust VCore on this motherboard, and this has been confirmed with Gigabyte (they also don't have the option in EasyTune 6). This seems a little strange in that I was freely able to adjust the CPU voltage at will in the Intel utility, implying this can be accomplished with software. (Although, perhaps they have some sort of proprietary information for accessing these settings on motherboards)

So, my question is, does anybody know of a way to modify CPU voltage on this motherboard? Options that come to mind are:

-Some sort of software utility that will apply the OC at Windows startup

-Hacking the BIOS somehow, possibly through hacking the EasyTune software? I don't want to brick my motherboard by directly trying to edit the BIOS unless there's a known method for doing it, but any damage EasyTune would do would hopefully be fixable with a CMOS reset.

Anyway, it's not a huge deal if I can't do this; I saved quite a bit on this motherboard and CPU combo and there's not much difference between 4.4 and 4.7 Ghz, but I really want to get the most out of my processor if at all possible. Any help is greatly appreciated!
