Oh nice, I am hoping to get at least 10000 in 3Dmark 2006, gonna get a e6600, and a Gtx I hope, I might opt out for the GTS if I get tight on money. And since I am water cooling, I think I can get the e6600 pretty high up there, hoping for like a 3.5+ Ghz OC

10000 in '06 will be easy with a rig like a 6600 and a GTX, just overclock the 6600 to 6800 speed and you will be hitting 10k+ with stock clocks on the GTX!

I'm getting 3.2 stable off the factory cooler on my 6600. My temps are way up there, confirming heat is my bottleneck. I would guess you are being conservative...

Yea I don't want to set my hopes to high, and not reach them. Figure it would be better to set them low, and be really surprised if I get higher lol. I am really getting excited for X-mas time, thats when I will be getting everything.

well I was going by this Conroe OC database and thought 3.5 was a reasonable number, cause only 1 person for 4Ghz with water.

And sorry tubnotub1, ill stop hijacking your thread now.
