You could try the free version of Malware Bytes too...I have good luck with that. However, if the "virus" just installed its self as a driver for your keyboard I don't think a virus scan would pick it up.

You know...it could be something screwy with your mother boards USB too...as in like the bus is faulty. You might want to contact ASUS as well. I've never seen something like this happen...usually the USB works or it doesn't, but it might be possible

Does this only happen while you are typing or will it happen when you aren't even touching the keyboard?
You could try to plug in the keyboard and find it in the device manager...then remove it and re-install it by looking for hardware changes.
Alright, did that, in the device manager, there are two keyboards listed, one on USB input device, and one on virtual HID minidriver. When I disconected it, the USB input one was gone, virtual one remained...
Those were all hardware changes that happened...

Will try the Malware Bytes, just in case, but yeah, I'm worried about the possibility of my motherboard being the problem here. The thing is, I purchased it less than a year ago, in Feb!
It'd suck if it started dying on me! frown.gif

UPDATE:
Completed a Malware Bytes scan, and it detected 7 infected objects. All cleaned and quaranined, also, cleaning of one required a reboot. I stil can't know if the issue is fixed, but I'm hopeful this is it. Also, I have some rep+ to share, for plenty of good advices! smile.gif
