Mice positioning help

Thread Starter
Recently I noticed that my elbow gets tired as well as my wrist, I decided to investigate a bit, and looks that I don't have my mice positioned correctly for me. Please if anyone can help me, by telling how to find the correct position, and maybe telling me how you guys use the mice.

As a rule of thumb I position my mouse to the right of the icon marked on the center of my monitor.

I have an elbow rest on my chair that holds my arm so that my wrist is straight onto my mouse...set it up at work the same way. I never have any issues like this.

Also make certain that you are holding the mouse in a comfortable fashion ie: don't rest your arm on a flat surface and then force it onto a think mouse pad.
