(Sorry for the bother) I need help choosing mouse pads and Deathadders

Hello again, well this time I need to know which mouse pad I should buy, I was thinking to go for the Razer Scarab or the Goliathus Speed, or any other that is good.
Also I was going to get a deathadder, but I don't know if I should get the 3.5 one or the new 2013 edition. Any help is appreciated

depends on what you want. some people want control mousepads usually gaming mats while others want almost zero drag like me. if you want more control get a gaming mat like a goliathus. if you want speed and zero drag then get a destructor

Yeah I think I forgot to add that, I'm a FPS gamer, I would prefer the almost no drag, so I guess the scarab is for me, now I have to choose which deathadder

I am not a fan of hardpads, IMO performance on cloth is better. 98% of all progamers play on cloth too so wink.gif I just made that up wink.gif
DA depends on your bodyfluids *disgusting* smile.gif Nah, what I mean is that some ppl swear on the BE but that depends if you sweat a lot or not I guess. IMO the BE is a slippery bull**** I prefer the normal 3.5 . I don't think you need the new DA cause this is only a trap to lure some clueless peasants into given them moaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar moneyZzZ.

For mouse pad, how big are we talking about? I suggest Xtrac pads Ripper series over the chinese made Razer ones any day. The designs on the Razer mouse pads can cause the mouse to bug out and are generally more expensive.

As for mouse, not sure but I have the 3.5G and I highly reccomend it. Seems the 2013 is same but with rubber grips on the sides instead of plastic. Also uses 4G optical for 6200 DPI. I can hardly use 3200 DPI so I can't imagine that being a plus for most users (average mouse is ~800 DPI).

Also try double stacking mouse feet for the deathadder you have less drag on cloth I like using glo speed with mines im not sure about if the 2013 feet need stacking though

What do you mean by this? Buying a set of mouse feet and stacking them in the ones that come with the mice?

I have noticed the bugs, also, I don't need a huge one, just a medium (using 1800 dpi). Also I just think that the 2013 edition just has more dpi and those rubber sides you mention.

EDIT: I don't a clear mice choice, seems that the 2013 edition has another sensor, waiting for feedbacks of it
EDIT2: Who knows, I may go for the 3.5 or the 2013, both seem to be promising (odds are 3.5>2013 for just a little)
LAST EDIT(Damn so many ones): Going for the Deathadder 3.5, seems that Synapse 2.0 is not good, and just for some extra CPI is not very worth it, last question: Black edition or common one?

I'll wait for more mousepads, I think cloth will be my option, but a question about the hard and soft mousepads. Which one is easier to clean and more durable confusedsmiley.png

Now that I remember Steelseries and the QCK mousepads, any feedback on those?

I picked up a Roccat Alumic mousepad - dual sided for either speed or control - and I'm loving it! Mouse is almost frictionless and the gel wrist rest is actually comfortable!

Yes buy another pair of mousefeet and try it if you like gliding on cloth pads
