SSD controllers handle tracking bad sectors internally so you can just rely on SMART data. SSDs usually have some reserved NAND that the controller can use to replace bad sectors and the process of replacing bad sectors with good ones is handled invisible to the user (as long as there's NAND available). There's just usually a reallocated sector count in the SMART data. SSDs don't really work the same as HDDs. The "sectors" you see reported in the OS are just virtual. The SSD controller handles all the physical mappings. That's why stuff like chkdsk or HDTune don't work for SSDs. The only ones who will be able to provide a similar tool are the SSD/contoller manufacturers and I really can't see them doing that (not to mention it'll probably be a different tool for each manufacturer/controller).
