Find out what parts are making noise and silence them, lol.

Dynamat, silicone, rubber, and foam can certainly help. But having quite cooling and components will make the most difference.

Are you using the stock fans provided with the case or have you changed them? So you got the stock 200mm fan in the front and on top and 120mm in the back? Maybe change them to other quieter fans.
Do you think your stock CPU cooler is loud?

And how are you using the stock cooler if your CPU is over clocked to 4.0ghzs. You must have some kind of cooler on it?
