PSE 11 - Anyone have this issue?

Thread Starter
Just bought/installed PSE 11 as an upgrade from PSE 7. PSE 7 was fine but I was really interested in some of the newer features. Anyways - all is well installed etc. However my mouse 'skips' or 'jumps' in the menu and when editing.

Anyone else experience this or have this issue?

I had to disable desktop composition with PSE 7 to get it to work right with Windows 7 x64, and there were some other tweaks I had to make as well. I tried those to see if it would fix the issue - but it remains.

Any ideas? This is the only piece of software that I have that exhibits this phenomenon.
