System: I7 860 2.8 on stock cooler an Asus p755d motherboard. 4GB of Patriot Sector 5 G series Ram 1600MHZ with Sata 750GB drive. 1TB external. An Asus 5750 1GBDDR5 (overclocked card) 730 Watt RaidMax PSU

First question I have is that I am trying to overclock this cpu to approx 4.0 g/b. What do I need and how do I get there? Can I go faster? can it run stable? Can I get around what I am looking for on my stock cooling. I plan on upgrading cooler soon to Noctua NH-D14 or a Silver Arrow cooler soon but all thoughts appreciated as far as what I am looking to do.

Second question: As far as my ram in concerned I currently have 2x2gb Patriot Sector 5G series Ram as listed above 1600mhz. Now I have two questions as far as upgrading. Can I mix this ram on my Asus p7p55d motherboard with the same type of ram except it being a different size 4gbx2 as long as its paired up correcty? This is what I was looking at

Sector 5 G series PC3 12800 1600mhz (what I have now)

or am I better off just purchasing new ram like:

My last question in regards to ram would be from the overclocking guides people adjust there settings in bios to 2000mhz ram. Can my ram currently support that or do I have to leave it at the 1600mhz

Help me get the speed I need fellas. Thanks in advance guys.
