GTX 580 is still pending. Zotac said they couldn't find any issues with it (rolleyes.gif). Gave them the whole story again, its hotter then the other two it refuses to boot sometimes. I hope they don't send the same card back (they've done this before).

Sold my monsta 360s and placed another small order wink.gif.

yessir.gif I'm still a little shock shaken on the cost. I did recoup some money with the old Monstas but still kinda of pricey. But when you think about it, I'm technically adding another 360mm rad so the theoretical cost of four 360s was more then three 480s. Its complicated but I just use that to ease my mind and to avoid further pissing off the wife. wth.gif

Let me settle this for all of us. I bought a pressure gauge cheap off ebay. Just needed a Koolance npt 1/4 to g1/4 adapter an a manifold. The pressure gauge reads in bar and psi. I'm now curious to see what the pressure difference is between flow paths (all three: parallel, series, and semi-parallel). I'll also compare the temps, obviously smile.gif

Keep tuning in and I'l lhave some results hopefully by next weekend. I'm still waiting on the 4th card but I can do some testing in the mean time.

Loving the build, think you may have to go bigger though thumb.gif

Just a quick question, what fans are you using and are they any good, i only ask cos youve done the air and w/c. im stuck with my build for both the case and tower rad! ant ideas would help, low noise would be nice.

keep up the good work!

Thanks biggrin.gif

At full load, the R4 are a bit noisy and when you combine several of them its pretty audible. The reason I stuck with them is because I can drop their voltage really low and make them quiet. My pump is louder then all of them @ 40% power (minimum on my controller). I think they're are better fans out there but for the right price, their good performance, and adjustable voltage range, I really like the R4s. Most likely I'm going to add another set to each for push pull biggrin.gif
