Mb just came in. Huge applause to amazon customer service and returns. I have no rads atm, but I can just use my hyper 101 and the onboard vid to test this mb. No word from Zotac support frown.gif.

Zotac support is pissing me off mad.gif. First rma they were pretty quick and no hassle. Second rma they sent me the same defective card back but they were able to get me a replacement.

This one, this support person keeps asking for the same things over and over. i keep repeating myself the troubleshooting i've done and how it compares to my other evga cards. Pissing me off as I would have gotten a replacement already sent had it been with another company. I did tell them I'm not going to accept them returning the same card or a defective one.

This sounds like Trouble to Me. I hope it works out, because there's nothing worse than talking to defective support personal. wth.gifrolleyes.gif

Looks like I'm waiting on an approval to get the replacement. A bit of hassle to tbh and the handle was less then stellar. Good news: the mb did boot up fine but I can't use my gpu or oc since I don't have rads.

Bought some extra bits that will be arriving tomorrow. Wednesday should be the arrival date for the "lttle" rads I ordered". Crossing my fingers I get the gpu replacement by this week.

Hey wermad! You are talking about the 480 monsta's right? If it is not too much trouble, can you test temps with two of the 480's too? I'm thinking of downsizing and I want to get an idea of the temps. biggrin.gif

Sure thumb.gif

I'm going to spend the weekend testing since I got a few requests to take readings/findings.

To do:

-push/pull vs push (or pull) on the Monsta.
-Series vs parallel vs semi-parallel (gpu)
-temps on one monsta rad(s).
-pressure test using different setups and amount of blocks/rads. (bought the wrong pressure gauge so this is hold).

Just give me a few days I'll get some #s up thumb.gif
