on the plexi, mid speed and light pressure, on a solid flat surface, try to almost melt the plexi instead of cut it, its worked for mine

Lol, its in shambles, but slowly getting there.

Thanks for the tips! Ok to use wood bits? They make good holes but tend to chip the plexi. I wouldn't mind for the bottom piece but I would hate to risk it fracturing.

edit: I have pending buy for the gpus. Just waiting on my refund to hit my account. This tax season has been rather slow tbh (mad.gif).

A hole saw will make quick work of plexi. Just don't wiggle it or it will crack. I an pretty sure hole saws go down to 3/4".

Edit: I like to clamp a piece of wood under the plexi when cutting to help with the rigidity and keep vibrations down

Thanks! I had thought about that but it completely escaped my mind today. thumb.gif

Brain farts happen. Especially with new child and lack of sleep. We will forgive you

Lol, kids, more challenging then builds tbh. But love them to death biggrin.gif

Hole saws I've seen at Harbor Freight have low tpi. I have some scrap pieces of plexi I can test with the wood bits. If anything, i can buy a higher tpi hole saw at Homes.

nice build as usual wermad smile.gif not to keen on the look of the MM case tbh but that's just me
With all the time you spend building and changing your rig I wonder how you get time to play games.
Make the most of it when kids get older they take money and time that can be spent on pc, me talking from experience smile.gif

Its huge, that's what I like about it the most biggrin.gif She's not a purrtee case but she's very practical and functional. I've been itching to get a new case but to get rid of this one will take some time. I'll stick with it for now. Might as well now then later when the kids drain the piggy bank.

To do list:

-get gpu(s)
-get 2nd FrozenQ bay res
-replace tube
