It evens out though. With the cross flow, it all goes down one direction, but there's twice as much volume for the water to move through, so it moves through the radiator half as fast (given equal flow rates). The net amount of time the water spends in the radiator is the same.

Phobya DC12-400 12V Water Cooling Pump - (DC12-400)

Does anyone have any experience with this pump? I see that it is similar in size and specs to the DD pump I had chosen earlier, but it has a better warranty and is around the same price.
