[ZDNet] Google promotes 'Take Action' campaign for free, open web - Page 6

I like Google, but it always baffles me that Google promotes an image of giving a **** about the end user and then goes on and sells their personal data. Hmm.

Well i know i will get called a conspiracy theorist for this.

But the idea is eventually to have an internet id, and you wont be able to logon to the internet unless you have that id.

Because the web is global, the UN wants control of it. The only way to stop it is for sites like these to stand up and say no.

instead of "we dont allow political discussion on the forums"

Until their web page it self gets a 404 not found.

History shows us how these things work, no one cares until it effects them personally.

They dont want people running around and posting youtube videos exposing certain things, when it comes to governmental policies or corruption.

Like "Agenda 21", "UN bio diversity assessment", "UN Sustainable development", "global carbon tax", "internet ID", "Internet Data Cap"

Or downloading photoshop in Africa for educational purposes, because you cant even afford your own food.
(because the UN wont let your grow it)

Regardless on your environmental beliefs, you should really youtube "Russia carbon tax"

And you will see that this is indeed a global tax, which Russia and China said no to.

But America and Europe submitted too (all official news casts btw)

Which will be used to increase funding to the UN.

So they can start being more of a global regulation force like going after your internet, as soon as america signs it over (New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal)

They would rather not answer to you at all, i mean you cant blame them i would try to avoid stressful situations like this also.

But yes, prepare to live in a sustainable environment (work your ass off just to survive, because thats the plan)

Its all public http://www.un.org/en/

No thanks, the world is a dangerous place, accept this and move on.

The "rest of us" would be what we like to call "planet Earth". It's a simple choice really. You can leave the web as it is now and have to deal with all the stuff that's been mentioned, OR you can still deal with all the stuff that's been mentioned while you also deal with the government agencies and corruption that will grow around government control of the web.

I will be far away from anywhere one might consider "civilized" when this all happens. My plans for leaving are already in stone, so even if it never happens and I am a loon what have I lost?
