Is there anything running in the background like an antivirus program?

not all maxed. sweclockers had 43-47 FPS with HBAO instead of HDAO, no transparency AA and 4x aa. thats more like it.
Btw, where are my photographes stored, with my Z? or can't i get to them?

Not really , only the basic stuff that comes with Windows 8 Pro , no 3rd party stuff, what is even more annoying is when i switch off SLI though the stutter seems to be gone i get 17-20 FPS with the same settings so i can't really say for sure, idk what's going on here.
Anybody with 670/670SLI and 2560x1440 display ? what frames are you getting on Ultra and 2xMSAA ?

Well SLI doesn't work for me at all so you might be disappointed but than again it seems to work fine for others.

I've noticed another strange thing , when i switch to 1080p i get 30fps which seem to be capped although v sync is off both in game and in the driver , if that's not enough
in 2560x1440 Ultra 2x MSAA i get max 20 fps and if i crank up the MSAA to max x8 my fps actually jumps up to 28 !! and that with single card.
Something is seriously wrong with this game mad.gif

Now look at the list of buttons at the top middle, find the one that says "Add application to current profile", select that.
4)Find farcry3_d3d11.exe, usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Far Cry 3\bin
5)open farcry 3 profile with inspector, and change SLI bits for DX11
0x000902F5 to 0x0C1902F5
6)Now click Apply changes, top right.
7)All done, play the game
This happens for me with 310.61 and 310.64 drivers, not sure about others.
aparently Nvidia is working on a fix for SLI.

Exactly why i would wait to buy this game.

So much for Nvidia "superior" driver support , i wonder how it works for CFX users.

I sure hope so , closest i came to fixing this is setting V sync to 2 frames which limits the FPS to 30 and somehow eliminates most of the stutter.
