OSD is: On Screen Display, In those screen shots you are running it. shows your FPS and usage and clock etc.
In those screen you posted it shows dx9 in the OSD.

I reinstalled my Windows 7 incl. drivers/caps last night and setup my new 2560x1440 monitor this morning.
I am happily surprised to see better frames on 1440p than on 1080p, on Ultra settings / DX11 / 2x MSAA (more then that is overkill on 1440p)
Something had to be wrong before, but not a clue what it was..

This game looks absolutely incredible, its stunning on max settings. (very taxing though)
Screenshots don't do 100% justice, you should see this eyecandy in motion.

Got 32 FPS in average with these settings nvidia posted on their site. somethin' is deffy wrong with this game.. my results in heaven benchmarks are as good as before, so can't be my rig having problems. same good results in hitman abso aswell..
Looking at the benchmark again.. it shows like 27-39 FPS, or? I get average of 32, lowest i saw was 27 i think and highest dont know.. maybe im alright even though..
Ok, top FPS I hit was 44 and lowest 25 so far.. Does it sound about right? I have a slighty worse computer aswell in CPU..

On my signature system, OC'ed as stated, with the latest NVIDIA drivers (v310.64) I get some disappointing performance.

With everything maxed out (DX11, 8xMSAA, HDAO, Enhanced AtC) I get 75FPS max (when looking at the sky or something) and only 40 to 55 during normal gameplay. Both of my cards are at 97-98% usage all the time (getting pretty hot) so I don't think there's a CPU bottleneck.

The graphics are amazing but I can't believe they max out two OC'ed 670s (that outperform stock 680s) just by delivering less than 60FPS most of the time. There's definitely more room for GPU driver optimization.

I also got some really really low dips during heavy action (while crossing the wooden bridge next to the chopper at the start) going as low as 15FPS. Wasn't watching the GPU usage though, so not sure if that was the GPUs or the CPU.

By the way, switching from HDAO and Enhanced Atc to SSAO and Standard AtC didn't make any noticeable difference in framerates. I would have to reduce the MSAA or play in DX9 to get steady 60FPS..

To the OP: My GPUs (pretty much equivalent to a GTX690) give me 74 to 75 max, which is more or less accurate to the graph. From what I can tell the graph shows the max FPS for each card, because the average is at least 20FPS less.

I was under the impression that it shows the average, showing it's max it's kind of pointless, but who knows. You've done all the Optimizations in Nvidia inspector?

November 29th Update: We have modified the Far Cry 3 SLI profile - please download the latest version by right-clicking the NVIDIA tray icon and selecting 'Check For Updates'.
