Considering this card, IF I indeed have the room for a double wide card. Comes with two actual good games. I trust MSI. Seems unlikely to contribute much noise.

It's probably a long shot anyone has personal experience with this one, and I can't find any reviews, but if someone could look it over and give it a thumbs up/down, that'd be great.

That should be more than enough for dedicated PhysX.

It is a TAD overkill, haha. But it is 15 bucks off currently, comes with a 30 dollar rebate, and includes AC3 and Shogun 2. Considering they are games I want, by my reckoning the card is better than free.
