is there any cheaper ram that oc's really well besides the samsung low profile modules?

Hi everyone I was wondering if there was any cheaper ram on the market that oc's well (to ~2133 CL10 or faster) that would look nice in my case im trying to keep costs to about $85 for around 16GB

Get the Samsung and slap some heatsinks on it.

No samsung is your best bet, you won't even need heatsinks on it as they don't get hot at all.

I think he wanted RAM with heatsinks for the aesthetics, not the cooling.

I think ill probably go with the ripjaws or maybe some ares series does anyone know how well they oc?
