A couple of brad nails and glue go a long way. I only use screws if I need the strength.

Oh sweet I live just near chadstone smile.gif

Yeah dammit. I want to play my games! I dont know what to do without them lol - I picked up a guitar with the intention of learning it yesterday even though I completely lack all musical talent. I gave up trying quickly too....

haha brilliant. just take a photo with the guitar and post it on facebook or twitter or whatever and girls will come? Good idea for those single fellas lol tongue.gif

Alright I have an update! This one I am pretty excited about since everything I have done is starting to come together!
So the last week I have honestly been pretty lazy. I've been tired and just trying to get everything done for Christmas.

So today I picked up some parts..

After picking up these parts I spent several hours working on the case. I measured. I cut. I sanded. I filed. I drilled. I tapped. I assembled.
And that's pretty much all I will say for now..

I will just leave these here..

Note the very small amount of space between the edges and the holes. That's called precision engineering tongue.gif

Drilled and tapped

Assembled

My cat was being cute

More to come!
Peace

Sorry guys i haven't been able to do much lately with Christmas and my girlfriends birthday and my mum's birthday and new years and starting work a week early.

Its been crazy! Also i might've mentioned that my computer doesn't play games anymore and when i try, the screen goes black after a minute or two. Well. Now that happens all the time instead of just when i play games. So i can't view my 3d design so i don't know all my dimensions which makes it hard to do anything for the case unfortunately. I need to get a new computer but just can't afford it so Im going to have to just hope i can get the program open just long enough to get the important details lol.

I am still doing the case its just going to take longer than i hoped. Hope there are some people that are still interested! I've also ordered a lutro sleeving too because Im going to do some epic sleeving but Im not sure if he's sent that yet.

Anyway, ill hopefully have an update soon. Hopefully it will also stop being really hot here. 40 degree celcius days aren't fun.

Just reformatted and installed windows. Its a hardware problem somewhere because everything still crashes.

That's really unfortunate man, If you can get the program open for eve a minute just screenshot to paint/word and print it off, might help you work on it for a little at least.
Good luck with your problems,
Rhys.
