Current Pending Sector Warning

Hey Guys, just new at this so bear with me smile.gif

Ok i have been having problems with my computer for the past 3 days, its been blue screening and when it drops to the blue screen its actually completely fuzzy so i am not able to read the error messages that come with it.
I test my video card and also put new RAM in to see if problem was anything to do with that but still having the same problem. I used HD Tune Pro to check my hard drive and coming up with two warnings "Current Pending Sector Warning" & "Calibration Retry Count Warning" as per the image.

Would this be the reason for the blue screen?? I have got to the point now the computer gets stuck on windows startup nor wil it even start up in Safe Mode.

Any suggestions?

You can view BSOD messages from Windows Event Viewer.

I'd scan it with SeaTools or something.

Thank you for your advice, but unfortunately I am unable to even get into windows now so am not able to do that nor download anything.
I might just try a complete restore of the whole thing and thing see what happens

I'd backup everything immediately if possible and RMA if possible.

Seconded. You may be able to grant yourself a reprieve by running the rule over the drive with SpinRite, then grab what you can and RMA the drive.
