Any idea what 'the Star' beer list is.? I know 'the beefeater' sell stella but a mile is a long walk.

Gappy, how far was the trek from 'the railway' to 'the queens' in Buxton.?

I'm coming but I want a room on my own unless we have to book our own and I'll come down on the 28th and go on the 31st thumb.gif

About 0.6ish miles I'd say Davith. The hill and walking in zigzags makes it feel longer lol.

And Fullers London Pride plus guest beers. If that is however not enough, right across the road is a Co-op and 50 yards further is an off-licence. Chinese, Fish&Chips and The Griddle are all less than 20 yards away. Bus stop is outside the pub and passes the Hotel for those unable or unwilling to walk.

We will only be able to set up on Saturday morning 9am, but we can stay all day and all evening until 1 am Sunday morning if we like, then back in at 9 in the morning and out by 7pm or later if needed. thumb.gif


Trains

40 Minutes from London Victoria.

10 Minutes from Gatwick

The hotel is a Premier Inn so if you book now it is way cheaper.
