If your doing any type of gaming don't expect the 6450 to do much of anything. Everything looks fine with compatibility, what's this build for?

everything will work, but the graphics are weak, the motherboard is weak, the power supply is weak, and you could do much better for the same price

Build
CPU $120
AMD A10 5800k

Motherboard $70
Biostar TA75MH2

Ram $25
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB 1600mhz

HDD $55
Seagate Barracuda 500GB

Case $30
NZXT Source 210 Elite (White)

Power Supply $37
Corsair CX430 V2

This would be much better than the build you have proposed, and costs less
