looking for GTX 670 performance or better.

How is the 7950 with the newest drivers? With my MSI 670 I'd get 60fps maxed in BF3 with 2xMSAA with Vsync on. I sold the card and am looking for an AMD card for the increased memory bandwidth.

Is there any recent benchmarks that reflect driver updates?

7950 performs better than the 670 in general and when overclocked even outperforms the GTX 680. If you're looking for the best bang for your buck card the 7950 is it thumb.gif

Agree completely, although, if you have the extra money, I would go for the 7970

PS: OP you should probably update your rig, as in, update the info

Found an MSI 7950 FOR 269.99 AR with theb3 free games....drool.

What's the best model currently for over clocking? How are temps? My MSI PE 670 HIT MAX 58C under load which is pretty insane.

I will when I am not on my Nexus 7. Thanks for reminding me though!

Most is the same, sans the graphics cards.

the Gigabyte HD 7950 OC has probably the best cooler and comes with unlocked voltage. its a beast. this cooler can keep the HD 7950(1.15 Ghz) with temps below 70c. At those speeds you will be faster than GTX 670(1.3 Ghz).
