A Graphics card that will run six monitors?

Hey everyone there is a build that needs doing not for my use but for monitoring stock and such which requires six monitors we are thinking along the lines of a HD 7970 however how can I get 6 monitors out of this?

if you powersupply support it this should do:

With that many monitors it's all about video memory. I don't think 2GB will be enough.
This card with 6GB will certainly be enough.
You can probably get by with 3 or 4 GB,

For non-gaming purposes, no. I don't think his client or friend or whatever is gaming on this. Just needs six display outputs. They sell a 7870 with 6x display ports.

The monitors are using Dvi would it be possible to use Mini-display to DVI and still have all six monitors?
