This is the solder joined light in the reservoir, soldered in line with the lights in the back.

And this is how it looks when the lights are on.\

Also, had some more fun with vinyl, placed the stickers on the closed vent, then used a sharp knife to slit it (the spyderco knife in the background of the top photo) down the vent lines, I think it came out pretty well.

I love it! Looks really nice!
Check out my rig, we have nearly the same parts. Here in about 1 week, I'll be ordering the Sapphire 7970 Ghz Edition.
It's a good feeling seeing someone rocking the Switch thumb.gif

P.S - What are your idle temps on that Ivy? Mine is rocking stock @ 34-35C and goes up to 55C at load. Doesn't go past that.
Any suggestions for lowering the temps?

55C for an Ivy is an awesome temperature under load, you don't really need it cooler.

But some things you can do are get better TIM, and a better CPU cooler to drop temps even more.

My 2600k @ 4.4 GHz never goes past 63C with a Hyper 212. :)

I went way, way overkill for a cpu only loop, a 360mm rad in push only would have been more than enough, I went bigger because I do want to add my gpus to the loop as money permits. the side effect of the overkill is that the cpu sits at 27 degrees at idle at 4.5 ghz. I haven't really loaded it down but playing bf3 on ultra it hit 36 degrees

Not bad temps though! And it looks like you'll have plenty of headroom. thumb.gif
