Overclocking 1045T on 990FXA-UD3

Thread Starter
Hey guys a while back i asked about overclocking my CPU, but i didn't have a sufficient motherboard, now im back and i upgraded it (i plan to stick with AMD and maybe upgrade to a new chipset later on, im not a hard core gamer, but descnet speed and want to learn/test overclocking) now i know you might just tell me to go read a guide, but me myself get scared when i see 3 pages worth of explanations so here is what i plan to achieve if you can help me that would be cool;
I want to overclock my 1045T to a 3.4-3.6Ghz on stock voltage
i have the 990FXA-UD3
Gskill sniper 8GB (maybe overclock a bit too? :/ they get 7.4 on windows system rating tongue.gif)
Cooler Master 212 i think its just the 212+ not evo or maybe stock 212 without aplus
i have a 500W power supply
5850 PCS+
also i have it cooled pretty well with air flow i have 7 fans total 2 of which are 200 MM on top of my phantom then , 1 at the back going out, 1 on the cooler, two at the HDD cage (one cage is removed though to i guess provide a bit better air flow within the case) and one at the front of the case which is intake in total i have 4 intakes
1 at the top 200mm which puts in air to the mobo and cpu cooler , the other one is out take behind the cooler and so is the back one all 3 at bottom are intake as well

so could you tell me in simple way how to over clock it just the steps i.e first go to edit FSB ect .. this is my first time overclocking as i do have a cousin who does this and has done it for a while i would ask him, but i do not want to trouble him and i just want to learn myself. Thanks for any help you can provide smile.gif remember i want to keep stock voltages! smile.gif

This is one of the best Phenom overclocking guides on the web, you'd have a hard time doing better.
