a few things:
1) here is the final (hopefully) order:

(again, the EX240 rad is holding the space for the XT45 240 rad. unless EX240 > XT45 if used with 4x SP120 QE in p/p)
Best part is that in Israel above 300$ you pay a 17% tax.
(it would really help me if anyone remembers the PPCS code for 7% discount for OCN members)
2) (a bit off the topic) considering buying this or should i just go with extensions?
3) finally migrated my rig to the C70: New settlement in the C70 (Click to show)
The almighty black metal monster:

first time flash has done good:

When you send your GPU to RMA it becomes a bit empty and quiet in the case frown.gif
4) and for the sake of it, here are my shipping options (and prices):

just need to decide which.... (i think FedEx is my best option)

I bought those cables for my AX650, much better than extensions since you dont have all the excess clutter behind the motherboard tray.

If your not interested in waiting the 240mm ST30 is in stock and it performs better than the XT45 up to 1200rpm.

Should look really nice once it's up and running, make sure to put up some pics wink.gif

Oh yeah I used USPS priority when I ordered last time, you can ask if they'll lower the declared value to avoid customs.

well thats great then, though 60$ is still a bit hard to swallow for cables. (slight chance these would be available locally, but very slight. another option is to sleeve, but nah)

i'm planning to use the Corsair SP120 QE (1450 RPM with great pressure) which is why the ST30 240 doesn't look the best. this is also why i am considering the EX240, and even the Magiccol rad from the beginning (product sheet - the 45mm thick one). AFAIK magicool is the OEM for many companies, alphacool is between those.

(also, i edited the post a bit, please re-review it)

to ask PPCS or USPS? and shouldn't they include the bill with the order? (also, AFAIK FedEx and UPS is better for shipping to Israel but ain't sure on that)

Thanks for all the help EnticingSausage thumb.gif really helped me out!

Yeah but when you add the extensions together it's not too much more plus everything is sleeved.

Forgot yeah the XT45 or UT60 would be best in that case. If your doing push wouldn't the fans be under the rad in which case you don't need extensions?

Ask PPCS. They'll put a lower value on the box but if customs decide to open it they'll check the invoice.

No problem at all mate biggrin.gif

yeah, i guess 60$ isn't too much considering everything (mainly laziness to sleeve and the warrenty)

i was planning 4 fans for push pull, or 2 for push if thats enough. (i don't think i quite got what you are trying to say in the extensions part)

and i will surely ask PPCS for advice.

a little update:

i asked PPCS yesterday and they responded:

lower value in the comments of the order. You will then need to send us an email that states that you accept full responsibility of your shipment
if something goes wrong with delivery. Please note that we CANNOT change the value of the postage amount as that is on the label and that
we will NOT make any fake invoices. We will only fill out a low value on the Customs Declaration form.

If you want the best delivery and can afford FedEx then that is the best method."

...

so essentially, they do not recommend me that method. also, after a bit more research i have discovered that Water Cooling in Israel is considered "Hardware Equipment" or just "Hardware" (for those who are interested: ציוד חומרה) thus it should be only the 17% general tax (called " מע''מ " which is a tax for ALL products in Israel, similar to VAT i guess) instead of 17% + ~17% and it also means that probably it wouldn't be delayed in custom check.

and even if it would, many have told me that FedEx usually will pay any tax/duty on themselves and just when the delivery comes i would be charged the payed taxes (by FedEx) plus a small fee (that FedEx payed etc)

also, PPCS still don't have the XT45 240 rad in stock. Which rads are recommended that would have a similar performance to it (and around the same price) with Corsair SP120 QE in push or push pull.
