Need help choosing a video card

Thread Starter
This is my first build I've ever done, I've never owned a video card so I dunno if I should choose intel or amd, and which model. I do play games, I'm not a hardcore gamer, I'd like to play most of the latest game on high or ultra settings and my bidet is 150 bucks, I can add more to my budget but the cheaper the better , here are my specs below.

Case - Antec 100 window version
CPU - i5 3570k
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Mob - Gigabyte -z77 d3sh
Ram - Corsair XMS3 8gm 1600mhz
Optical drive - Asus dvdrw
Psu - Corsair GS800 v2
Videocard -help
Hard drive ssd - Samsang 840 Series 120gb

though most will tell u to get an AMD 7XXX i think however, to get a nice gtx 680. reason: i own one and kicks butt in all games no hassles. but $$$/performance everyone will tell u to go AMD
as with your budget... 7770 will kick but.
