Very nice setup thumb.gif

I assume you have all the settings maxed out in BL2, right? (physx set to high also)
In Nvidia control panel under 'Set Physx Configuration', is it set 'Auto Select' like this?

Ok, lets do some tweaking.
Can you locate the WillowEngin cfg file in BL2 directory, and search for these 2 lines (top of the page):
PhysXGpuHeapSize=128
PhysXMeshCacheSize=16
Change the values to 512 & 32 (as I did and check)

Still a little slow:
other files to change (which helped me a lot with fps) is DynamicShadows (2 of them I think) from True to False.

Try disabling one of your 670's and see if that helps. SLi can bring up performance bugs like this sometimes.
