thread title says it all. what would be the better choice for me?. I have no problem using a used h100 (I also have a Gelid GC extreme TIM here so it's not a problem really) I have extra fans for push pull as well.

i have two of these lying around somewhere

The Blocks are different and look better on the H80i with those fancy LEDs. Plus, there's always something special about getting/opening a new item with that new itemy smell.....I vote for the H80i.

But the H100 will perform better.

Agreed, H100 will perform better but the feeling of opening a new toy is good too, Personally I vote for the H100 because of better price to perfomance

I'd wait for the H100i to come back in stock and grab it. It's $99 after MIR on Newegg.

im from manila btw. id pay a bit more with the h100i from where i'm from. it's either just the h80i or the used h100. I'm kinda leaning towards the h100 atm because of the performance alone. ive been trying to google comparions between the two and for some reason I can't find one.
biggrin.gif I would go with the H100

and also with the h100 a friend of my cousin is selling it to me which is just a few blocks away from here. with the h80i I have to wait somewhere in december till the stocks arrive.

I haven't used a stock cooler for years. temps are terrible. I didn't even bother reseating it lol

h100 it is then? ima give it a bit more time. I have zero idea with the performance. I can't find comparion charts between the two and something that uses the same fan on both setups. the stock fans on the h100 is horrible and I have no plans of using it

In that case for sure the H100, slap those FM121 fans on it and watch the temps with a big smile on your face thumb.gif
