Anyways, okay 2004 was a bit of an exaggeration, but that was express how bad I think the graphics are. Honestly speak man the graphics are horrible for a 2012/13 $60 game. I couldn't believe it. Some of the maps are worse than F2P games around these days.
While playing, I found myself looking at the rocks, walls, houses, and all the details around me, I said to myself, "seriously? old school games look better than this ****"
It's not even funny, the graphics of the game is a big fail.
I don't even want to go into how Black Ops came out two years ago, and this newer version, Black Ops II, looks almost identical, if not, worse...
Also, yeah the game might look good on pictures, videos, etc, but when you play it on a 42 inch hd tv, it looks bad...

Graphics < Gameplay

If you're seriously looking at the details all the time while playing, I really question what you care more about.

Sorry but I've gotten gameplay out of COD for a while now, they release a game every year, try thinking about how many games they release in total and then think about the graphics. All been the same, if you care about gameplay, then why didn't you stick to COD4? I don't know bout you but I like games that look new.

Also, I got the game last week. Of course I'm going to look at how it looks, who doesn't?

I didn't stick to COD4, because CoD2 and CoD1 are much better games where I did stick to. wink.gif

I never played CoD 1 or 2. I was still playing Medal of Honor: Rising Sun.

Offtopic, but did you play Allied Assault? Easily my favorite Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. One of the best MP experiences at the time, still very good even today to be honest.

I liked AA over RS.

No, but I did play Frontline on Xbox. I didn't have a PC to game on then. I like RS specifically for the MP Splitscreen with AI.

You came into my Black ops 2 fanclub just to talk trash about it, and here you are again, calling it garbage. We get it you don't like it.....so why you still cant move on?

I move on already, but everytime I see BO2 thread...it remind me of the price I paid for a mediocre game...I think, it would be better that I stay away from BO2 thread.....

Oh, you bought L4D? LMAO!
why dont you understand that benchmarks site put it that way to push hardware sells? think about that.
yeah bought LD4 for $2.99! with 3 monitor support...unlike BO2...no 3 monitor support for $60.00. lol

I already stated my opinion....BO2 stole your money and lunch for being crappy game. definitely not for high end pc...but some people like it and I respect that...

This is what I call epic failure on their part. Either they are so shady that they purposely overload the engine or they suck at optimization. I'd expect more of them.

Wow. Bold: Everyone knows that L4D is not for high end PC's. Yeah it may support your precious tri monitor, but then again, less than .5% (Quite a generous percentile too) of gamers actually play using 3 monitors.
You're just a hater that cannot keep his opinions on track. I do not get why you have the need to hate quality.

I find the optimization fine. That is 1600p, that is using 8x MSAA.
