Sounds like a bad PSU or bad caps on the MoBo. Do you have another MoBo or PSU to test?

do you have another powersupply you can test..but ultimatly it may be your motherboard is shot. i had to rma my sabertooth for oc too much well too much voltage made it go pop!!. maby your board just couldnt handle it..it is a few years old.

Well I guess I'm off to looking for some receipts, maybe the parts have some warranty on.

msi will mostlikely rma that board..how old is it? they run 3 years.
