I would recommend Gigabyte DS3 since its cheaper and can achieve rather high FSB Increases.

The p5b northbridge adds a strap after 400mhz, and it's second pci-e slot is 4x and controlled by the southbridge, causing terrible performance in SLI

The p5w can use two pci-e at 8x, or one at 16x

It depends alot on your budget and preference however the Best Motherboard there IMO is the P5B DH.

I admit the p5b is a great value, but with the upcoming dx10 cards and budget cards, alot of people will want to add a second gpu I think

Either board will work great, but if you're going SLI, don't get the P5W, as its a 975 chipset. The other I BELIEVE is a 965. Correct me if I'm wrong.
