New Sky Hub issues

Hello OCN!

Right, I've installed all new broadband cables, and the brand new Sky Hub . I bought this as an existing Sky customer, so my line has already been stabilised.

Connected it all up. It seemed fine for an hour, then it disconnected...

It has been disconnecting randomly ever since, sometimes I can be online for a couple of hours then boom it goes off. It runs a self heal operation then comes back on. But as you might guess I'm not happy with it going off randomly.

Things I have tried to resolve this:
  • I received 2 routers from Sky both the same by mistake. I have swapped over to the other Router. No Effect.
  • I have changed the power cable.No Effect.
  • I have changed the Microfilter to another one. No Effect.
  • I am wired to the router, but I have also changed the wireless channel. No Effect.
  • I have reset the router. No Effect.
  • I have held the reset button in for 15 secs (hard reset).No Effect.

Any other ideas?

They just give me the same crap as usual.
