Nvidia 675M's SLI Duo Second GPU not WORKING. Help!

Okay I have an AlienWare M18xR2. I was running Battlefield 3 on ultra no problem, no lag or anything, but that has changed. After some Stress tests and driver updates I can't run anything above 5FPS. I have tried different drivers, I have tried system restoring to days before this has happened, factory resetting it, nothing will work! The people at dell sent out some guy to replace the GPU's because they thought that might be the problem, but it didn't change anything.

If you can help me ASAP that would be great. I did a Heaven DX11 Bechmark test and got 8FPS, but when I do an AlienWare Autopsy test I get like 80FPS, all though AlienWare Autopsy is a default program made by Dell that came with the system. The Heaven test reflects what I get in games, but the Autopsy one doesn't. Can someone explain this to me and help please?

Computer Specs: Windows 7 Professional SP1, I7 3820QM Quad-Core, 16GB/1800Mhz, Duel GeForce GTX 675M's, 256GB SSD.

Can you download MSI afterburner and run the screen overlay to show your GPU core frequency and temperature? I'm wondering if the cores are downclocking either due to heat or driver conflict.

This is what I saw. I don't know if its hardware or software, it could be either one.

Okay. It says while playing BF3 that it is only using One GPU, but why is it still so bad on minimum graphic detail. If the second one isn't being used, it should still be like 120FPS on minimum with only one or something.

Between 50C and 60C, I don't see what they might have to do with it, the GPU's usually run at 60C when playing games.

It appears that no matter what I do the second GPU isn't being used.

Try using driver sweeper and completeing uninstalling the drivers, then reinstall the latest ones.

I did driver sweeper and it didn't work at all, second GPU is still not running and is possibily throttling back GPU One.

Try using drivers from laptopvideotogo, not from the nVidia website. Regular forceware packages from nV don't always work right on mobile chips. And you'd be able to tell if GPU 1 is throttling ... I see your usage is at 99%, which is a good sign ... does it also clock up to the clocks it's supposed to run at? If so, it's not throttling. Also make sure your CPU is clocking up properly (you can use CPU-Z for that). Also if SLI isn't working anyway, have you tried disabling it, just to see if that improves FPS on the single card?
